Invite and Advanced Qualifiers Information

After evaluation of the top level teams by our Invite and Advanced division staff, it has been decided that there will be no Invite Qualifiers. Here is the list of teams that will participate in Invite for Season 17:

Note that there are only 7 Invite teams listed here. This season, each Invite team will be scheduled against the BYE WEEK team one time. This was decided due to the skill discrepancy between Invite and Advanced. Ultimately, in this case, forcing a team to move-up into Invite that is not truly Invite ready would harm both that team and the Invite division.

However, we will host Advanced Qualifiers! This is to ensure that teams are able to compete in the division best fitting for their skill level. Qualifiers will consist of 6 teams competing in a Round-Robin bracket. There will be 5 matches played, each using ban/ban to determine the played map. Matches will be scheduled by Wednesday, January 17th @ 11:59 PM EST.

Here are the default dates for Qualifiers:

Saturday, January 20th 9:30 PM EST
Sunday, January 21st 8:30 PM EST
Sunday, January 21st 9:30 PM EST
Monday, January 22nd 8:30 PM EST
Monday, January 22nd 9:30 PM EST

All Qualifier matches MUST be completed by Tuesday, January 23rd @ 11:59 PM EST
