This is the division for players who want to have strong competition, but might not be ready to compete against the top teams.
You've should only enter this league if you've had previous experience playing competitive TF2. Suggested base experience level:
UGC Steel, ETF2L Open or Low, RGL Rec.

Elite
The Elite division is for players with extended competitive experience in leagues such as UGC, RGL, and ETF2L.
Players in this division should be comfortable against strong competition and familiar with the format.
