If you stop playing doesn't that count as a forfeit win for us and we get the points? You also wouldn't give us extra time in the pause, only 5 minutes and I couldn't explain that we were getting a ringer.

The pauses were for your own sniper having connection issues. It was after he left the server did seelder join without even giving us a profile link for reference. Tbh we prob would have dropped one of our own if you asked to make it 6v6 cause i have work in the morning i would have dipped and let the teams be fair again.

I did what I had to do, he used to be on the team but he left a while back to do team differences and fighting. Our sniper had issues with his internet and we used a technical old player who wasn't on the roster anymore.
We are ruling in the favor of Your Personalized Hell (YPH) to win the game. We want to avoid games resulting in ties. Initially we were lead to believe that YPH took two long pauses during the first half of the game and then took a very long halftime. Then in the second half brought in a ringer out of the blue and Random Pubbers (RP) refused to play because they weren't prior notified.
However, after reviewing the demos these are not the facts.
In the first half, YPH's sniper lost connection and their team took a pause that lasted approximately 2 minutes and 32 seconds and no more issues happened during that half.
During the first halftime, YPH purposefully drags out the halftime to hopefully resolve the sniper's internet issues. During the halftime, BP asks multiple times for YPH to find a sub or a ringer, but they did neither. The halftime lasted about 14 minutes.
Then in the second half, YPH while on offense towards the final point took a second pause. To which, BP only allowed them to have 5 minutes (which is perfectly fine and part of our rules) and readied the game back up. During the tail end of the pause YPH states, they're getting a ringer. YPH finished the round 6v7 after the 5-minute limit was hit.
During YPH's defense, they asked for a short pause to allow a ringer to join their side. And, within their right, BP denied the option of a third pause. To this point YPH has had two pauses and a delayed halftime for a total of 21 minutes of time.

And then pauses the game and reaches out to an admin, because they don't know who this player is. The game is then paused for 8 minutes before BP's demo leaves followed by the rest of the team.
Also to be noted that there was only 6:49 seconds left in the round, so that half (and potentially game) could have not lasted longer than that.
I see fault in both sides in the situation. YPH for having sniper issues, but not using their extended halftime to try and find a replacement, even if not to replace them that moment, but in case they needed a second pause (which they did) and bringing in the replacement then.
BP while being verbally a stickler for the rules, did allow a second pause for 5 minutes for YPH and also didn't reach out to admins over the extended halftime. Though their handling of the ringer was not great and while the YPH ringer was a bit on the edge skill wise, should have played through once they were able to look up their history.
From this match we will be revising the rules for the lengths of half times and also for how teams can use pauses.
BP won the first round on their own, but left in the second round. We are going to give the second round to YPH. For the third round, we are going to give partial points to BP due to the circumstances of the situation that YPH put them in and because YPH took extra time, but wasn't more prepared for it. Thusly delaying out the game moreso.
