Verify Sever Players Tool
To help players verify the identities and teams of all the players on a server for a scrim or RGL match, we created a tool for this.
To use it, you will need to paste the output you retrieve from typing
status in your in-game console. Once you hit the "Verify" button, it will give you a summary of players that have no RGL account, are banned in RGL, have a pending RGL ban, and are new/previously competed/are competing in the format that you are looking up.
A practical use case would be to ensure that all the players on the opposing team in your RGL match are rostered on the team that you should be facing.

[3001.5] - KOTH Rules has been updated to reflect all divisions in 6s running the progressive config.
[3001.4] - 5CP Rules has been updated to reflect all divisions in 6s running the progressive config.
[1003.4] - Map/Weapon Exploits has been updated to add a weapon exploit that involves transferring the charge meter for one weapon to another.
Bans
These bans were enacted before the release of this article. If you would like to file a report, you can do so on our site
here. Appeals can also be found on the same page.
NOTE:
We only look at user-submitted reports. If you do not file a report, then there is a good chance we have not seen it and cannot deal with the situation.
The following player(s) have been caught cheating by the RGL Anti-cheat team and will be banned:
- 1900 - 4 Years // First cheating offense
- Synpasase - 4 Years // First cheating offense
- lorax - Permanent // Cheating - First Offense. Distribution of Cheats - 2nd Offense.
- Vermin - Permanent // Second cheating offense
Alting
The following alternate account(s) have been caught connected to existing accounts in RGL by the RGL Anti-cheat team and will be
permanently banned:
Probation
Update on the player(s) that have been banned while on probation:
- felon - Use of a racial slur during a scrim. Violation of [1004.4.1] - Permanently banned players in a scrimmage. - 5 Weeks (2nd ban inside of RGL, 1st ban on probation)
- King Flipjam - Harassment of player(s) in the community. - 6 Months (5th ban inside of RGL, 3rd ban on probation)
After the minimum period has been served, the player(s) can appeal to have the ban lifted if they can show that they've improved themselves and how they interact within the community.
League
- Bento - Violation of [1004.4.1] - Permanently banned players in a scrimmage. - 2 Weeks
- zaboomafoo - Breaking RGL's player code of conduct. - Permanent
Sportsmanship and Spirit
The following player(s) have/had been suspended for 1-6 weeks for their usage of racist slurs, homophobic or transphobic language, excessive toxicity, flaming, or derogatory language on our platforms. Repeat offenders will get longer ban lengths.
- phon - Use of anti-Semitic symbols on an RGL platform. Offseason ban delayed for the start of RGL Sixes Season 14. - 2 Weeks // First Offense
- hoodoos - Use of an inappropriate alias linked to Discord on an RGL platform. Offseason ban delayed for the start of RGL Highlander Season 17. - 2 Weeks // First Offense
- GonzoSpawn - Use of a racial slur during a scrim. Offseason ban delayed for the start of Sixes Season 14. - 2 Weeks // First Offense
- Awmi - Use of a racial slur during a scrim. Offseason ban delayed for the start of RGL Highlander Season 17. - 2 Weeks // First Offense
- qdog - Use of a weapon with a homophobic slur during a scrim. - 2 Weeks // First Offense
- brick - Use of a homophobic slur directed towards a player during a scrim. - 2 Weeks // First Offense
- smdwamfc - Use of a homophobic slur directed towards staff on an RGL platform (Discord). Offseason ban delayed for the start of Sixes Season 14 - 4 Weeks // First Offense
- tebe - Use of racist and transphobic slurs during a scrim. - 6 Weeks // First Offense
VAC Ban
The following account(s) have been permanently banned for having VAC bans that may be affecting TF2. If you have a VAC ban for a game that is not TF2, please contact an admin to get the ban removed.
