Thank you Exa; this is very clear and helpful.

I have ran it over with my team and:
Ringer #2: We are going to say no, he is an IM player with SILVER ugc experience.
Ringer #3: We are going to say no, he is an IM player.

There has been a lot of talk about the discrepancy in skill in OPEN.

The Garage Band firmly believes that ringing such players only worsens the skill discrepancy especially as we consider our-self genuinely an OPEN skill level team.

If anyone has questions I will be on discord / checking this thread continually until match time
