Important Season 9 dates

• Registration opens: April 27th
• Challenger and Invite registration closes: May 21st
• Challenger and Invite qualifiers: May 29th and May 30th
• General Registration closes: May 31st
• Invite fees due: June 7th (An extension will be provided for qualifier teams)
• Placement of teams and Week 1 matches scheduled: June 2nd
• Season Start: June 7th
• Roster Locks: July 12th
• Last possible date for regular-season matches: July 19th
• Playoffs Start: July 26th
• Last possible date for playoff matches: August 23rd

Important Map Cup Dates and Map List

• Registration opens: April 27th

• Map 1 (koth_cascade_v2_b5): May 22nd 9:30PM EST -- This map is being tested as a potential replacement for koth_cascade_rc1a.
• Map 2 (koth_ramjam_rc1): May 23rd 8:30PM EST -- This map is being tested as a potential replacement for a king of the hill map.
• Map 3 (pl_borneo): May 23rd 9:30PM EST -- This map is being tested as a potential replacement for a payload map.

All King of the Hill maps will be played first to four.
