Global Rule Updates

[1003.1] - Cheating has been updated to new lengths for first offense cheating bans and TF2 VAC bans by the RGL Anti-Cheat team. Please note that this is not retroactive which means the new lengths will only apply to new bans moving forward.



[3001.4] - 5CP Rules and [3001.5] - KOTH Rules have been updated to clarify which divisions are currently using the progressive or normal 5cp and KOTH configs.


[1008.15] - Rounds Won Percentage and Match Points has been updated to clarify how rounds won percentage scoring system works.

Bans

These bans were enacted before the release of this article. If you would like to file a report, you can do so on our site here. Appeals can also be found on the same page.

NOTE: We only look at user-submitted reports. If you do not file a report, then there is a good chance we have not seen it and cannot deal with the situation.

Alting

The following alternate account(s) have been caught connected to existing accounts in RGL by the RGL Anti-cheat team and will be permanently banned:

Probation

Update on the player(s) that have been banned while on probation:

• yoona - Use of a homophobic slur during a scrim. - 36 Weeks (4th ban inside of RGL, 2nd ban on probation)
• Ziggy - Harassment of RGL player(s). - 2 Years (5th ban inside of RGL, 2nd ban on probation)
• SexGod - Use of an alternate account in RGL (6 months), League ban evasion in RGL (6 months), RGL Discord ban evasion (1 month), and Violation of [1004.4.1] - Permanently banned players in a scrimmage. (72 weeks) - (4th ban inside of RGL, 2nd ban on probation)

After the minimum period has been served, the player(s) can appeal to have the ban lifted if they can show that they've improved themselves and how they interact within the community.

League

Sportsmanship and Spirit

The following player(s) have/had been suspended for 1-6 weeks for their usage of racist slurs, homophobic or transphobic language, excessive toxicity, flaming, or derogatory language on our platforms. Repeat offenders will get longer ban lengths.
